Construction Roots
Andy spent more than 25 years in the trades — remodeling homes, building from the ground up, and overseeing residential construction projects across the Greater Cincinnati area. That experience gave him a builder's understanding of how homes are actually put together, and more importantly, where things go wrong.

The Inspection Approach
Andy doesn't just identify defects — he explains what caused them, how serious they are, and what it realistically costs to fix them. He uses modern tools including thermal imaging and moisture meters, but it's the construction knowledge behind the tools that makes the difference. He stays on-site until your questions are answered.
